Prior to joining the NWSEO team, Sherri managed over 100 associates located at various operations centers throughout the Kansas City area. She served as the Operations Support Lead for a professional technology services company providing IT and Project Management support for two major financial institutions. Sherri directed everything from onboarding/offboarding associates to running an operations service desk. She also oversaw preparations for client conferences, coordinating travel arrangements for associates and management teams, and setting up fun team events. Sherri also worked with the corporation project management team in the opening of two new operations centers.
