Susan Griffin from the Midland, TX, WFO was recently added to the list of NWS employees who request your assistance with leave donations. Susan is getting help with Spine Surgery.

If you have leave to donate, please print and fill out the form at http://www.wfm.noaa.gov/pdfs/cd505fill.pdf and give this to your ASA for processing.
