Recognition and Unit Designation
SECTION 1. In accordance with exclusive recognition granted pursuant to Title 5, Chapter 71 , United States Code (Certification of Representative issued by the Federal Labor Relations Authority dated April 10, 1995), Management hereby affirms the recognition of the Union as the exclusive representative of the employees in the bargaining unit as follows:
All attorneys employed by NOAA-GC, nationwide.
SECTION 2. Not included in the bargaining unit are the following:
All management officials, supervisors, and employees described in 5 U.S.C. 7112(b)(1), (2), (3), (4), (6) and (7) .
