Signature Page

This constitutes agreement between the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory and the National Weather Service Employee Organization on the collective bargaining agreement which precedes this signature page. The head of the agency shall approve the agreement within 30 days from the date the agreement is executed if the agreement is in accordance with law, rule, regulation, and the Statute. If the head of the agency does not approve or disapprove the agreement within the 30-day period, it shall take effect the 31 st day.
